Rachel and Christophe knew they wanted their bridal photoshoot to take place in locations that held sentimental value to them, with the intention of capturing the essence of their unique relationship. By selecting these special places, they hoped to create a personal and intimate touch that would make their photoshoot memories all the more cherished.

THE DAY IS FINALLY HERE
For Rachel, it was important that the dress was made by an Asian designer, preferably in Singapore since they decided to have a European wedding in Belgium. Having heard positive reviews from friends in Singapore, Rachel decided to take a leap of faith and visited Amanda Lee when she was in town. And the rest, like they said, was history.

It was a dream dress moment for sure.

The couple shared that their favourite part of their Belgian wedding was their ceremony, which took place in an intimate courtyard garden nestled within a monastery, beneath the leafy boughs of a grand tree, with a picturesque Antwerp cathedral serving as the backdrop.
“Also my mother spoke some words during the ceremony, and she made the crowd roar in laugthter with memories from my childhood. She’s a force of nature. ”
Loved ones hailing from various corners of the globe congregated in this intimate space to witness their marriage and offer their unwavering support, raptly attentive as the couple exchanged their heartfelt vows.
“ The ceremony was really emotional and I’ll forever cherish that moment.”
The pair decided to celebrate their wedding in Antwerp, the city that has been their home for the past 7 years, choosing Botanic Sanctuary Hotel as their venue. This former monastery, now transformed into a luxurious 5-star hotel and spa, boasts exquisite interior design and provides an unparalleled customer experience.
With their family and friends staying a couple of nights at the hotel throughout the weekend festivities, it really made the couple felt like it was "their space" for a couple of days, with top quality service from the staff. It was the most enjoyable weekend for everyone!
